This is a terrific Struthiomimus Dinosaur Claw Fossil from the Hell Creek Formation of South Dakota. Super nice detail on the Claw itself, and is missing part of the back of the claw. These claws are occasionally found, but not often. The claw was used for slashing; probably for defense from predators. The word Struthiomimus means "ostrich mimic" and is from the genus of ornithomimid dinosaurs. It is a fast two legged dinosaur. There are no repairs or restorations.
